Help! Closed all my windows and sunroof and armed the alarm last night.

Woke up this morning all the windows were down and sunroof partially open. (and it rained last night)

The dash says "Onstar Malfuntion" contact service.

My sunroof closed and one window but the other 3 windows... nothing.

Any and all suggestions are welcome. It still raining but my car is under my neighbors car port.
