Default Should I buy a 2011 9-5

I'm considering buying a 2011 9-5 but am concerned that the maintenance costs, and availability of parts will be a problem since the company went under. I won't be maintaining it myself so will need to service and repairs by 3rd parties. I'll be leaving the country in another 2 years so resale at that stage is another factor. Any advice is much appreciated.
I had a 04 9-3 about 5 years ago and really liked the Saab experience. I think the last model 9-5's are a nice car too.
My default option is a BMW 3 series.
Thanks,
Pro

I just got one of these and I'm looking forward to enjoying it.

The airconditioning is not cooling though and I wonder if this is a general issue, or maybe I just need to get it checked.
