Mother's car, and she wants to dump it

Good:
-new radiator
-new clutch master cylinder
-4 newish tires
-regular service, oil changes etc

Bad:
-SID display has some pixels out
-drivers seat has a 2 inch tear where you get in/out
-antenna is broken
-needs a new turbo (the reason she is getting rid of it)

The car is about 40 mins from Philadelphia, in Southern New Jersey.
