I have not found NEW and CHEAPER than them in the US.

Yes that is the best price for a new one, and free shipping over $50..
If I can find a used one I will have to go that route.

for used, try car-part.com. It's a directory of junkyards basically. Just call those that have your model/engine in the yard.
