Should I buy a used 9-2x?

I am looking at a 2005 Saab 9-2x wagon. The owner wants $5500 for it (nogatiable) and the description of the car he gives is:

"Very well maintained 9-2x (subaru impreza wagon) with 2.5 liter boxer 4 cylinder and 5 speed tranny. Oil changes completed every 5000 kms with castrol syntec edge european blend to eliminate any possibility of sludge build up. 228000 highway kms. Full mechanical and structural safety completed in 2012, lots of new parts. Full leak-down test and complete drivetrain and suspension component inspection done by certified professional subaru mechanic, performed late 2013. Near perfect compression (less than 5% leakage on worst cylinder). Does not smoke, even in winter, no abnormal noises, strong battery and starter, has never failed to start, even in -40. Brand new set of performance summer tires on factory alloys AND practically new set of winter tires on steelies."

My question is, is it worth buying a car with the mileage that this one has, or am I just going to run into a bunch of trouble?

Any information is much appreciated.

I also purchased a used but well maintained 9-2x :). It was low mileage and in mint condition. I will suggest you to go for it. Its worth each penny I am telling you all this from my personal experience :D.
