1999 Saab 9-3 SE Convertible Seat side panel and control knobs

I have a 1999 Saab 9-3 SE Convertible. The passenger seat side panel has few cracks in it and bottom black control knob has broken off. The driver's side seat panel appears to be ok, but the bottom black control knob has also broken off. It looks like the plastic inside the control knobs has some broken pieces. Can anyone suggest a place to get parts for this? How about getting a repair and parts manual?
