2002 Convertible Safety

long-time saab owner - I am looking to buy a 2002 SE convertible - where can I get info on convertible rollover safety features? - specifically does the 2002 have the reinforced windscreen, seat belt tensioner or other rollover features?

those are the kinds of items that the NTSB test so companies like JD Powers should have the info.
