2005 93 Aero problems
 

So I've had the Saab for four months now and it's been all good for the most part up until a few days ago.

The CE light came on and the car went into limp mode initially and then seemed to come out of it and ran fine for a few miles until the RPMs started surging on the highway and then the car stalled.

I pulled the following codes,
P2135-TPS 1-2 not plausible
Po638 TAC command performance.

I initially thought the TPS went bad but it looks like the TPS is integral with the throttle body on this car can anyone confirm that?

The other code is P1523 which I'm not yet what this last code represents. None of the codes will reset via the hand scanner I haven't tried any other methods yet
