2007 9-3ss powertrain issue and more..

I own a 2007 Saab 9-3ss with 198,000 miles on it. After driving about 50 backroad miles in decently heavy snow, my Saab starting acting funny. I'm assuming my wheels sensor was filled up with snow because the abs light was turning on as well as the brake(!) light. Messages on the screen read;
  • stability control failure
  • traction control failure
  • Anti-lock brake system failure
Then the spedo and RPM dials stopped working for seconds at a time. Shortly after, the CEL comes on and I began to experience issues with power delivery. With the car in gear while moving, it was more rough than usual when letting off the throttle. When getting back on the gas, there would be a slight delay and a rough jolt forward and then power delivery would be normal after this throughout the RPMs. I then shut the car off for about an hour and it wouldn't start after. The CEL code read P0601 and is apparently "generic powertrain code." I let the car sit overnight and it started right up the next morning although nothing in the cluster is functioning except for the fuel gage. I have replaced the ECM a few thousand miles ago. To my understanding there is no powertrain control module in these saabs and the powertrain is controlled by the ECM. Has anybody else experienced problems like this? Any help would be greatly appreciated
