2008 9-3 Bluetooth

I just purchased a 2008 9-3 (Black on Black) and want to be able to use my cell phone through the audio system. OnStar is installed and I've looked for info on how to do this and so far have only found after-market.

Does anyone know is Saab offers a kit/accessory to install Bluetooth through the audio system?

best bet would be to call the dealer... unfortunately I'm not at all familiar with the newest 9-3...

That's kind of funny, because they didn't really know either because of the OnStar. They told me to check here. lol

wow... talk about dealer ignorance. Let me do some digging around and I will let you know what I find. (you now know why I never take any of my cars to a dealer)

sorry....... straight from page 13 of the 2008 saab accessories catalog...." bluetooth.... No strings, Provides Wirelesshands free phone use, dealer instalation recomended, not available for On-Star equiped models or convertibles".....

did your dealer not give you the accesories catalog when you bought your car? [/i]
