99 9-3 over heating

i have a 1999 9-3 SE, that just recently started to over heat. the fan works fine, and the coolant is full... what might be the cause of it? i was thinking maybe there was a block in the coolant system, but im not sure. any help would be great, thanks alot

start with te basics - change the thermostat...
