'99 9-3 pedal adjustment?

'99 9-3 pedal adjustment?
I'm a new driver trying to learn heel-toe shifts in my 9-3 and it'd be muche easier if the gas pedal was in the same place as the brake pedal, but its a little farther back. Is there a way to adjust the pedal location to make it a little closer to the brake pedal?
