i just cleaned it with the paper towel this stuff was only in the cap the coolant in the resevour looks fine just a little dirtyit seemes that person that sold it to me put it in but i have no clue why.

still...that crap doesn't belong in there. Could be stop leak or something, but without seeing it I suspect the worst.
