convertible top issues 1999 9-3
 

the latches in the tonneau are locked with the top still up about an inch. i've accessed the locking mechanism in the tonneau but cant seem to get them to the open position. anyone have any ideas?

update- i left the top disconnected at the front for a couple hours then lowered it and put it back up and it locked in properly- don't know why but it seems to be working.
