How to buy BSR products

hey guys i just bought my 03 silver saab 93 and was wanting to beef up the performance does any one know how to get BSR optiflow air intake to the US. And does anyone have any other performance suggestions?

i know K&N makes a air intake for it ive seen it on ebay and on youtube installed...really makes the turbo sound nice
