I got an error,"Steering wheel locked. Find a safe place to stop. See dealership"

Any one has experience with problems with car 2003 Saab 93, 2.0t ? I got error "steering wheel locked. Find a safe place to stop. See dealership" and I could not turn the key to start it.

Steering Wheel Locked...

I have expereinced the same thing, only while driving. I ignored it and nothing happened. When I ask the Dealer during normal servicing, they looked but did not find anything wrong with the car.
