manual trans question
Hello all, I have an 07 9-3 2.0T (6 spd manual trans)and my question is: when I start to pull forward from a parked position, the clutch seems to "click". It really makes no sound, but you can feel it under your foot. It really is barely noticeable. It feels like something is disengaging. I do not feel this when driving, or when shifting from 1st upwards(from a dead stop), only the first time I pull out. If this makes sense, is this normal? Am I crazy?

RE: manual trans question
Clutch chatter, a vibration and/or noise when engaging the clutch, is likely to be caused by an internal clutch problem. A warped disc, hotspots on the flywheel or pressure plate surfaces, worn or dry input shaft splines, or worn release bearing..this may help http://www.clutchwizard.com/diagnosis.htm saab cutch. best of luck
