I am having an issue with the front passenger side marker socket in that I have replaced the socket 3 times, and lens once because somehow water continues to enter the socket and corrodes it then it quits working.


As you can see eventually one side of the socket loses the contacts. Strange thing is that it is only the passenger side. I have filled the cavity with dielectric grease every time I replace it and then about every 6 months but to no avail. I know this is not normal but is there a known flaw and a workaround for this? Kind of tired of buying a $26 socket every 1.5 years or so...
