Saab Converatable hydraulic lines

Can any one help me find some hydraulic top lines for my 2003 saab? Any one know where I can find them? Has any one replaced them there selfs? How hard is it to do it your self? Dealer wants $2500 for 3 lines, problem is there is 7 or 8 lines.
