Unsteady Power, System Too Lean Bank 1

Hey, I'm new to this forum. It's great! I have an '01 9-3. About a year and a half ago, I took it for it's 90,000 mile service where they did a "fuel system flush" among all the other things involved in the standard service. When I got the car back, it ran much worse than when I got it. At first, it was hesitant to even start. That problem seemed to go away, but the acceleration remained very jerky, and the power very unsteady/weak when I would hit the gas with some gusto. Also, if I press the gas and get the RPM's up to say 3000 then release the gas, it takes some time for the RPM's to go back down, and I hear a slight sputtering sound as the RPM's decline. Now my check engine light is on, "System Too Lean Bank 1." O2 sensors are good, I've found 2 vacuum hoses that needed tightening (have checked all the others), and replaced fuel filter. Now, on occastion, I'll be traveling at any speed, and for an instant the car feels like it has no power. The RPM's don't go down, the electronics remain on and working, it just feels like the car for a spit second is in neutral. Any thoughts? Thanks!

You sure you don't have another vac leak? The RPMs sitting up is a good hint that either the IACV isn't working right or that there's a vac leak. Most likely it's at the FPR which would explain the lean condition.
