Default Why buy a Saab?

I am a newbie to Saab Central and to Saabs in general. I currently have 2001 dodge Stratus r/t. I am looking for a new car and really like the 9-3SS and am seriously considering buying one.

I would like to get some info from some Saab owners about the vehicles quality, performance, ect. So what do you all think? Why should I buy a Saab? What kind of mechanical quality does Saab produce?

Thanks for everyones input

Drive a Saab and you`ll understand. Saabs are safe, stick to the road and the Turbo is great.

Just a few reasons

Here's some music to your ears... Unlike you're current Dodge, Saab actually makes cars with good transmissions. They also really work to help you afford a Saab 1.8% financing, if you buy Saab Certified or New you get a 6 year 100,000 mile warranty, you get great gas milage with the perfromance of a 6 cylinder BMW, you get front wheel drive which during New England winters can be a lifesaver (some people hate front wheel drive, but in my 03 Vector the weight distribution is very well balanced so it doesn't feel like a typical front wheel drive vehicle.

My advice go to a Saab Dealer and talk to them, see for yourself.
