CEL w 1312/1334 codes
 

Bad luck with the two old used DIC units - are these just too old now days to be expected to work?

Need NEW DIC?

OR might some other component be the issue?

Second, from an '09 [milage unknown] lasted 6 years & 20k

The automobile runs great but developed a CEL w 1312/1334 codes.
Replaced the resistor NGK's, no change.

Reset the codes and put in a DIC from an '06 [milage unknown]
NO CEL but the error codes came back the next day.

Reset the codes and put in a DIC with an '07 date from a '02 [milage unknown]
NO CEL but the error codes showed up later in the day.

This is a 23yo automobile with original emission parts other than the PCV upgrade kit and oil sump pickup
