How hard is it to change the transmission fluid and filter. I read the plug was the lower bolt to drain the fluid out of the 2006 9-5 transmission and is there a filter like a normal v8 auto trans. When draining it how many quarts is suppose to go back in i guess the same amount that went in? Autozone usually has a specific amount say on my 99 corvette transmission filter change required 5 quarts when dropping pan to change the filter was listed in the notes on autozone computer with filter. Theres nothing like this for the 2006 saab 9-5? And its any Type VI fluid? or type IV compatible fluid?
