Someone told me you had to use a tech 2 to fit a 114k 08 9-5 cluster to the 2006 160k mile car at the dealership? Simply swapping the radio over and instrument cluster wont plug n play? The stereo swapped has to be married at dealership or will a tech 2 work? Same with cluster.

Are the miles stored in cluster or pcm and how much is 08 saab 9-5 auto transmission good condition 114k miles worth?
