The **** on my 99 9-5 wagon which controls how the driver's seat reclines has broken off. You can get it to recline, but not to go straight. In the effort to adjust too much recline it is, at this point, laying at about a 45 degree angle.

I'm OK with removing the control unit from the plastic casting protecting it. But, I don't want to do anything which will further mess up the seat. Does anyone know how to make this thing go straight once I expose the control box?
