Some idiot hit the front driverside of my 1995 SAABdamaging the light/turnsignal,front fender, and bumper. The frame was pushed in slightly (about a quarter of an inch). Unfortuntly, the insurance company totalled the vehicle because of the repair costs. We are fixing the car and have not had any problems with the fender and light/turn signal. (In fact, we have done this before on a 9000).

But the bumper is a different issue. How do youremove the bumper and install a new one?

Um... the bumper is easy, just remove all screws that hold it. That's all there is to it.
