Hi i've had this car for about a week and it wont turn over. I found a vacuum line that is coming from the left side of the firewall with a black and white hella plug at the end that i believe gets connected to the engine, but it was when i got the car. My friend says it is probably the computer, when i start the car it sounds like it's out of gas it just wont turn over. Thanks any info is great.
