dont buy off ebay those arent made very well buy from a reputable dealer or a local junkyard/orfind someone looking to sell theirs

are you looking for front mount /side mount /top mount? air/air,liquid/air whats the overall dimensions your looking for and piping size

There's nothing wrong with most ebay bar and plate coolers...if it doesn't leak than it's good enough.
