I was thinking of converting my manual Saab 9000 to automatic and are wondering how hard it is.
Yes I know the reputation of the automatic, but I don't care.
My original engine died so I replaced it...

Specifications:

Car: MY93 CS 2.3T
Engine: MY98 B234E
Gearbox: MY98 FM57001 3.61
Wiringloom: B234L/B234R MY94 wiringloom T5.5

So if I decide to do this... what needs to be done?
Switch whole gear switching mechanism, switch cluster, gearbox, axles and then good? Or do I need to change more?
And how heavy is it? Engine is at the moment out of the car...
