won't start after replacing head
 

I have a 2001 9-5 2.3t and I replaced the head on it and now it will not start. It turns over fine but the dash indicator for the gears cycles thru them. Thought I might have the timing off a complete revolution so I unhooked the timing chain loosened the cams off and rolled it around. put it all back together and still won't start. What am I missing here? I have never had anything like this happen before.
