One quick question regarding headlights...
When i turn my car on, i have DRL on...but when it gets dark, there seems to be no difference in my lights.

The light **** to the left of my steering wheel doesn't seem to toggle anything either. When i switch the lights on and off, nothing happens. No difference?

I've heard the 9-3 lights aren't the best, but I am not sure if this means i am always running on DRL, or are the lights that bad? Ive discussed them with GM and they continue to say nothing is wrong, but it just doesnt seem right that the lights **** does nothing, no changes...
