Default Saab 900s 1992 Convert out of mothballs

I recently replaced a starter on a 1992 after my vehicle was sitting in my driveway for at least five years not running. I was first amazed that I could actually replace the starter on my own then I was equally amazed when the vehicle started right up as if it had been running all those years. Now I have it registered and have driven it on the road however I'm getting a high-pitch screech or rasping noise possibly from the alternator/oil pump? I realize over time bearings corrode and go bad. Any suggestions from Saab experience what this noise could be? Responses appreciated.

does the high pitch increase when you accelerate?

check the tension and routing on the belts to begin with.
