I have a Saab 2005 9-3 Aero and a few questions to go along with it:

Is the '03 and '05 aero essentially the same model?
&
Has anyone tried any moding with their fog lights? i thought it might be a little original if i could get a blue covering of some sort for my fogs w/out destroying their usefullness... to kinda fake the HID's i wish i could afford to replace the regular lights with haha
or is this even legal to do?
