my ng900s has the lug pattern of 5x110...i have bmw rims that are 5x120. i want to know if they make spacers or something like that

sorry, there are spacers, but that exactly what they are - spacers. You can run 5x112 wheels with special bolts, but there's quite a few 5x110 wheel options.
