I saw an add today for a 1992 saab 9000 cd turbo. The blue book on it is over 3000 but the guy is selling it for 700 because it has a traction control issue that causes it to lose power to the wheels at times. Is it worth it to buy and fix or is it a piece of junk that I will regret buying? What could the problem be?
