Default 900 turbo judders

I've got an '88 classic 900 Turbo with a weird constant judder while driving that I'm having trouble diagnosing. Here are the symptoms:

There’s a strong, repeating bumping coming from my passenger front wheel area. It feels exactly like a wheel that’s bent or way out of balance. It acts like that, too…the bumps increase in frequency as speed increases and there are certain "sweet spot" speeds, where the ride seems to smooth out a bit. It’s also worst when there’s weight on that corner (left turns), and nearly vanishes when that wheel is un-weighted (hard rights). It also gotten worse over time (could barely feel it when I got the car, now it’s almost unbearable).

But it’s not the wheel. It runs true and in balance. I’ve even tried swapping it out, and it made no difference.
Watcha think I’m looking at? I thought maybe a wheel bearing, but that should usually be accompanied by noise, right? This runs silent (except for the road noise caused by the bumpiness). Something worn in the suspension?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Default RE: 900 turbo judders

sounds like the wheel bearing to me my 89 9000 used to shake anywhere over 70 mph
i spent a lot of time figuring the problem out ended up being the wheel bearing be shure to change both sides if you do it
