My convertible top will not go down. When you try to lower the top it tells you to check latches on the SID. Yes, we have released the latches and checked them. What does the codemean or any other suggestions??? TIA

 

it really sounds to me like an electrical issue...can the top be cranked down in a manual mode? if so, check the connections and contacts, and make sure that everything is clean of corrosion?
