I live in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia where Saab’s were uncommon. Sadly technicians that were able to fix problems in the past have left the country .
I have a well looked after 2001 automatic 9-5 that is currently in the workshop with electrical issues and won’t start.

2.2 B1782-8 immobiliser active NOTE - if new T7, MIU or TWICE module , program code in TWICE

2.3 B1510-4 Power ground missing

2.4 B2385-4 Transponder key. Missing

Can anybody give me any advice that I can pass onto the mechanic please?

I do have access to another compatable Saab 9-5 that I can harvest spare parts from if necessary.

Grateful for any advice.
