Q, Would using a trolley jack under the front cross member affect exhaust ?

I used a trolley jack placed under the mid point. of steel cross member to jack up vehicle, to change out the oil. I released vehicle down, and now exhaust blowing somewhere near manifold. Have I screwed up ????
