Default frequently blown headlamps

I have a 2003 9-5 sedan that keeps blowing headlight bulbs. I use the most expensive bulbs at the local autoparts stores and have used bulb grease on the connections. I also wear latex- like gloves while installing. Anyone else have chronic problems like this? Suggestions?

Yes. Not really that great of a result with our headlights. I just put HIDs in my fogs and that's enough.
