Help. Radio out but Turn Signal Noise Working?

Default Help. Radio out but Turn Signal Noise Working?
Hey, New to the fourm. I have a 2001 9-3. The radio,CD and antenna are not working. I've read that if its an amp problem the turning signals shouldn't be making noise either but they are. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.
