Overheating within 2 mles. MY2000 Aero Wagon
Help needed. Happened today 4 times. Drive 2 miles temp guage hits red, and Warning on dash.Checked coolant
Checked fuse 15 (Fan)
Is it the Thermostat.?

it might be the thermostat. heres how to test your GM thermostat - remove it from the engine and put it in a boilong water. the spring should move, and if it works it should open widely, and it opens slightly or not at all i suggest you replaced it with a new one.
