I have recently bought a used 2003 9-3 arc with 58,000 miles and I dont think it is getting as good of gas mileage as it is supposed to. I am only getting about 23-24 onthe highway.Whatproblems could cause this and what do I need to check? Also, the"steering wheel lockmalfunction" light comes on sometimes afterI start the car and it does not let you shift into gear. This only happens intermittently, but it worries me a little...anyone had this happen?Thanks
