We have the opportunity to purchase an 03 Saab 9-5 series sport wagon 2.3 litre gas for a very reasonable price. The problem is, that a few weeks ago, the owner parked the car for about an hour and when he started the car, it began smoking. It smokes very heavily. I have been told that it is the turbo. Just curious as to how I can tell and what the other possibilities might be. The car has been very well maintained. mileage is 99K. Thank you for your help.
