I have a 2002 Saab 93 w/turbo. I have replaced the motor and turbo recently. When I took my car for inspection they told me that the Transmission Mount is broken and that my rear muffler is not secured. Is it possible that when they changed my engine they could have broken the mount on the transmission and did not secure my muffler properly. I feel like the auto shop is taking advantage of me. Please help!

 

It is possible the engine/transmission mount could have happened during the swap, but it would be difficult to prove that.

As for the rear muffler issue, (which probably didn't happen as a result of the swap) it isn't a big deal. The donut rings used are cheap, and easy to mount.
