Default Wheel issues with my 96 900SE - help?

I am totally dying because my wheel is frozen solid on the axle. I can't loosen even 1 bolt...WITH AN IMPACT WRENCH!
Does anyone have any special trick that will help with this...it all started because of a blown up $40 pulley.

help,
m@

um.. better late then never right...pb-blast hit the bolts from front and rear with this let it sit ten min and hit it again this time med strength with a hammer then get yourself a 3/4 socket (1/2 inch drive) and a 4 ft pipe(steel aluminum wont help you) and poof there off either they came loose or ya snapped em (if the latter is true no worries its a good day to do new rotors )
