Wobble in steering

It seems with the onset of colder weather my 9 5 has developed a low speed steering shake. It is just noticable through the steering wheel between 25 and 40 mph.

It could be the tires. It happened to me before, the front tires looked fine to the naked eye, but they were not rounded perfectly. Try to change the tires.
