I have recently replaced the 2.5 in rear door speakers with 6.5 in apline type S speakers. they fit fine with some new holes for screws. will the bass from these 6.5 speakers still be produced even though 2.5 in speakers were in there before?

 

I have found out that since the 2.5 in speakers only produced mids and trebs, bass will not come out from 6.5 in speakers.
