New owner of this car. Car has 94000 mi. on it. In pretty good shape everything works except the fuel gauge.

How hard is it do lower the tank to make the repair myself?

Also a clicking noise from front right when brake applied softly. When more pressure applied to brake sound goes away. Any thoughts?

What things should I do or be on the look out for?
