Scrapes High

So i had an issue when climate was cold n jumped the car.then msg came up saying headlight failure. I didnt drive it for three weeks. When i tried it would start or jump. At the time msgs were reading on screen fine. With steerwheel locked i now cant turn the key have replace and fully charged battery. No more msgs read on screen n alarm is driving me crazy closest saab guy is 110miles away. I love this car but now cant do anything. Saw a video about releasing actuator to ne able to turn key...now cant find vidro or pics. Please help cant have it towed until i can turn the wheels
